In a battle for region 7AA’s third place spot, the Lady Wolverines lost a heartbreaker last night to Gordon Central. The Lady Wolverines held a potent Gordon Central offense scoreless for much of the match but gave up a late goal in the loss to the Lady Warriors. Both teams battled and created good goal scoring opportunities but Gordon Central did just enough to pull out the win. The loss moves the Lady Wolverines to 1-2 in region play. The ladies will be back in action on Thursday (3/4/21) at home against Coosa, kickoff at 5:30pm.
